Redhead, looking at your list on a P&F basis, HELE is nice...RS buy in X's, currently at 20 and above bullish support line at 15.5. It's right up to last falls resistance of 20 and formed a bullish catipult on 4-15. A move to 21 would give another buy signal and break all resistance and began the catipult, a strong move upward. Like to see a days high hit 21 for the formation to be executed, then a good play on a pull back to 18.5 to 19..

PWN is RS sell in X's formed a double top buy on 3-31 and plays nicely on entry at 15.5 to 16

CRLBF is RS buy in X's well above the bullish support line down at 14. A little extended now, but nice on a pull back into the lower 20's.

MDCO is RS sell in O's both weak signals, but has been consistantly forming higher tops and bottoms and just gave another buy signal on 3-23. A move to 25 will give another buy signal. Well above bullish support line at 19, very steady climber.

The others, are not giving good P&F signals now.

Take care
Preston

Redhead, the only mention I can find on Martha is in the last 10K, looks like she was involved in a incentive stock option agreement back in 1994. I think its detailed in a 8K filling dated 2/28/94 but I cant get info that old. Still do not know who she is or her tie in with the company. I do not see her as a major shareholder, Institutions own 62.08%, Insiders 11.74% there has been some insider selling since October but nothing major and below the current stock price, the major insider selling was middle of last year when the price was high, probably profit taking, I dont think the current small insider selling is anything to worry about but I could be wrong. Hopefully one of the Amigos can help us out.
Joe
