You bet Mark. For me, since I have an At Home cable modem that acts like a full time LAN station, I just leave SI on all the time. When I pass by the computer while doing other stuff at home I can see if there are new messages in the ~dozen threads I follow. When I'm doing something else on the computer (which is most of the time) I open a second Netscape window and leave SI on a small window. Sometimes I have AOL, Prodigy and At Home open at the same time, costs the same.

Today I got to sleep in late, went to my grandson's first T Ball game, spend two hours at work, and soon I'm off to the grocery store with the wife. Easy to check messages between each stop.

Me addicted, nah!
