Your 100% right Frank. As a shareholder, ACTV has not been a good investment, yet. Most people who brought the stock have to be wondering if they'll recoupe their losses or will the whole thing flop. On the other side of the coin, we've been very bullish upto now about the prospects of the company once the rollout occurs. Samuels still holds a large stake as well as many other insiders. If what we've been saying for years isn't a pipe dream and this rollout does finally occur, things should start getting better. We've been in this 1-3/8 to $2 price range for almost a year. I hope when we do breakout of this it's to the upside, but we still have to see what Friday's news will do on Monday. I still believe the advertising will start as soon as their ready to go, which should be in a couple of weeks. Good luck to us all...

Frank, all, remember it is actually in Actv"s best interest not to promote the stock prematurely. They are buying back the preferred. When really good news must come out it will. Also, Samuel's exercised some options. That's bullish. He feels its time to own more.
