John, The last S-8 was on 11/27/96 and was for 2.8 million shares. The last 14A indicates less than 2 million outstanding options, so the big question in my mind is why is this S-8 so big??? Maybe they just don't want to have to file another one for 20 years or so? This is getting more and more intriguing.

John, okay, that part there may be "normal" then. The business about it being against "public policy" and "unenforceable" just looked strange.
