Its different when your statement applies to others. Since this 'fairly large' position was never disclosed, I can only attribute the statement to the misrepresentation disease thats spreading throughout Lake Ligand.

Talk of misrepresentations from someone who posted a totally fabricated short position on LGND, changed the numbers at least three times within 10 minutes, and then called anyone who believed the post(s) a fool, is quite remarkable, but not unexpected.

When someone can misquote to the point where it crosses the line into misrepresentation, how can you believe anything that is posted here or on other sites (especially on other sites where there is no room for rebuttal)?

When "$14 is possible within three weeks, maybe as early as Friday" gets 'spun' into "the prediction of $14 by today was made less than a week ago" with links that show he's misrepresenting, no less, then the poster is also guilty of willful misrepresentation.

If something this simple is misrepresented, how much faith can we put in other posts and links? In some small way, this is good, as it demonstrates for new readers of this thread that one should believe only half of what one sees, and none of what one reads ---- caveat emptor.
