You keep saying this about the Japanese. Why are you so sure that they will buy our stocks? Or are you saying they will buy bonds while their government is selling the same? Seems to me they would still be able to remember what it was like to buy their own market during the peak and the resulting aftermath. What am I missing? I know rates are low over there but why should they want to buy our equities?

I have been shorting the indexes and have losing money. I think I'm about to cover. I thought the market would not be so strong. Any thoughts on the market for the coming week?
