I would expect that with recent events, News, stock movement and such, that their phone lines are jammed packed. I beleive I read somewhere on this thread that the company admits that they cannot take all the calls they have been recieving.
This might be the reason for your problems getting though to them.

I had no Problem getting tickets to Cabo. I thought They were very professional and fast.

I tested them. My wife & I, after having thoroughly shopped, purchased A/L tix from JFK to Malaga, Spain-fully paid & uncancelable. IFLY offered 300.00 less (150 ea.) same dates, different, fine A/L. I bgt the warrants. Lee
