Hmmm.....What if, a shell company announced a merger with another company that had assets, revenue, etc., and then announced, before
the merger mind you, that it was going to undertake a HUGE reverse
split. Say 300-1 for instance. Then this 'other' company, assets and all, watched as the stock dropped like an apple onto chicken little's
head. When the stock neared bottom the investors in this 'other' company started to gobble up all of those shares at next to nothing
prices.
Just because a company announces a 'pending' development doesn't mean
that they are legally bound to that decision. Kind of like a crooked
judge asking the jury to forget the testimony they just heard, and that
it should be stricken from the records. Tampering? Prove it!

i am a new member to si....been watching all of this for 2 months now....decided
to join....have dealt in the dow, nasdag....first time with penny stocks...
heard about it from friends......figured i'd drop a few hundred on it because
of everything i've heard about cvia/wotd.....got in at .016 and again at
.024. was waiting on merger news and at least a 50-1 reverse split, then
maybe buy some more....?don't figure any of this is funny....alot of the
oldtimers have alot to lose....don't mind a gamble once in awhile, but
outright fraud and bullshit news releases (lack of) no info, nothing from
wotd really pisses me off. i think what really bothers me the most is
no news............figured legit co's aren't afraid to keep previous shareholders
and new ones informed?the market is a gamble, i realize that, but hype
and not knowing who you are talking to can take it's toll..figure there's alot
of knowlegable investers here, am learning alot about bb's,....figure i'll hang
on to my xxx xxx if for nothing else to learn......

John,

I have made it a point to avoid, trying to tell people what to do with their investment, I am not neither saying buy or sale this stock. Although I did say hold it if you already have it. What I mean by supporting it, is to hold it longterm or short term in a positive manner, not shorting it, getting behind management and giving them confidence and the moral support to do the right thing. One these terms we have been given its not going to happen.

Honestly these guys have given us no choice, but sale at a huge loose or if they do get a NASDAQ listing, jump on the shorting bandwagon and recoup what loses we can. They are the ones that have caused this problem not us.

John this is not directed at you, but some other posts, I hope everyone will think about, all this throwing around of I own _____ amount of shares @ .0X, no matter the price, really doesnt matter. A person that holds 2 shares at .5 has much more at risk as a person that owns 1000 at .01, the cash out lay is the same, basically they have just as much at stake.

I am posting that because we become our own worst enemies by considering big investors by share counts alone, it starts to create a devision from within, and we have enough problems without that factor. We are all in the same boat.

I hope you guys are not taking my posts as any thing but speculation, because anything could happen. All is not lost if WOTD is willing to "play fair", and some of what I am posting is POSSIBLE scenarios. All I am doing is giving them the benefit of the doubt, but for all I know nothing will change and all the terms will remain the same. So don't get mad at me if none of this I have posted pans out... but I do hope I havent wasted my time and have at least given you all a little more knowledge that may some day help in a future investment.

Lets give Jack Arnold a break he has made one mistake so far, its not an ir-repairable mistake, but monumental and costly non the less. He has taken a nothing company and tried to make something of it, I dont know if anyone posting here could have done any better. But none the less he has put us and WOTD in a difficult postion.
