Try opening a test file to see it it works. My main problem is IE locking up when I try to get it. But I do get the Adobe window which goes away after a while. Also some times it helps to reboot your machine as some JAVA apps crash subsystems (yea yea aint supposed to happen) and interfears with other programs like shockwave and acrobat.

Adobe Reader. It is preferred that you download the latest version of Netscape Communicator for reading Adobe .pdf files. The few people that had trouble downloading all were using Internet Explorer version 4. Netscape Communicator doesn't cost anything and is a very nice browser.

I used Acrobat 3.0 and I did not have any problem.
Thanks for a good report.
