Sam, Thanks, that sounds right...and I agree that the MQD part is nothing to get excited about. But what about the size of the S-8, 32 million is a lot of shares...any idea why so large?

Sam, I agree that the MQD transaction is not what's going to be driving MU's stock price tomorrow.

If MQD was a fully-owned subsidiary prior to the merger, it wouldn't be an issue.

If it was a transaction involving MU common being used as currency in the transaction, I'd be very interested in knowing how and when this currency was valued.
