Thanks for your quick response. For my money, the press release was vague and cryptic, allowing ZERO assumptions in my DD. Trading 2/3 of the float bespeaks of churning to make it look hot, but could be legit if the $60M is not just a paper entry to satisfy a coming stock maneuver. Mention of a state-of-the-art digital facility could have $$ consequences. Sorry, I really haven't the time to find out, but suggest anyone holding or contemplating purchase do some serious DD to reasonably confirm the future here is better than the past. RMR
