I like the warrants. At one time the warrants were more than the common !! do the conversion and you will see what I mean.

Guys have tried to dissuade me on this stock and the warrants but I will not budge. This company has only traded for 20 months and is near its low ( shorted down to these levels) and they already have an acorn type tap root, in fertile soil. The shorts will cover near $5-$7 and the stock will be fairly valued.

This company will, imo, become a mighty oak :)

Eric:

After sorting through all the stuff available I see a remarkable upside to this stock. In 1996 they had IBN then they lost them in 1997, their earnings suffered.
Then in November they reported a loss that narrowed. Then the contracts...holy moly. I will call them on Monday and see if they could advise me the revenues expected from these the new contracts since Feb. I think we have a winner. I am going to watch it closely Monday morning to be sure the darn thing isn't going to run before I get the information.

Here is a site for an detailed look at their financials:

wsrn.com

And here is a link to their 10K filed on April 15, 1998... "A must read" More detailed than the Press Release...

edgar-online.com

It seems their revenue for 1997 was hindered by IBN. They lost the contract and they wrote off an additional 750,000 dollars in account receivable concerning IBN. 1997 was not a good year for them.... all I need is approx. revenue for the contracts since Feb...and I will ask them what other contracts if any are they expecting in the near future.

That is all for now.

Andr‚
