Jose, I've been lurking here since post # 533, that was my post. I still have not sold one single share, I have only worked at lowering my basis. WHY? Because as many of us discussed and agreed to all the way back then, we consider this a make or break proposition. We're not so interested in the small swings it makes, as much as the news that the judge has rendered some type of judgement. So buy and sell your shares as you like, the only money to be made or saved here is to be 'in' when the judge renders a favorable opinion, or to be 'out' when the case is dismissed. IMHO. D.A.
