I don't remember them saying that in the CC, but then again I didn't listen to the whole thing. But how could they recognize revenue on inventory that they still hold? Or is it inventory that is at the retail outlets? If this is the case then they probably recognize revenue when they ship the drives rather than when the retail outlet sells the drive. That would be aggressive accounting, but it's done all the time.

I guess my answer is that I don't know.
