Hi Goalie,

Thanks for your response. I have not had the need to speak to anyone at SUF, I will try this week.

I'm not referring to broking houses that write reports on certain stock plays. For stock and cash anyone can write a report! I'm referring to the reports they base their reports on. I don't believe that Yorkton, James Capel, TD and Sprott did their own drilling programs. They must have gotten their data from someone (the Company, perhaps). I understand that it changes with time, but SO much from Sept '97 to Dec '97?!?

Anyway, I am looking for an independent report from someone like SRK, Dr. Luc Rombouts of Terra Consult, Dr. John Bristow of CICARD, Ross Glanville - consultant to the VSE or financiers like Select Capital, Nova BankCorp, Standard Merchant or Lion Mining. These banks in SA that are now supporting SUF, will they be happy with what the analysts say? Which one will they use to work out the value of Klipspringer? Canacord Capital is SUF's underwriter - they must have called for an independent report at some stage. I will call SUF on Monday.

Take a look at this link to the website of Global Diamond Resources. They had to prepare independent reports for a financing as well as for a possible listing on the TSE. I like this company a lot, and maybe their thoroughness have spoiled me! (I have to get back in the game somehow!!!)

Thank you for your help.
Regards,
Joe.
