Anyone who makes an investment in a company
be it
the venture capitalist
or Joe Blow Public

looks at the same factors

risk versus reward

Assuming the rumor is true

You cannot discount ...or palm off their selling to just profit taking...

If they looked at earnings and saw a potential for another 20 bucks per share with an appropriate risk versus reward factor ...would they have been trying to sell immediately after earnings?

Why didnt they sell BEFORE earnings when it was 91???????????

well maybe there was a lock out ... no one has been able to answer that for me yet

if there was no lock out then why didnt they sell at 91 instead of 87 AND below....

because they wanted to see the earnings and forward statements????

but no matter what....their bailing should just not be palmed off to just profit taking...especially for those poor guys that bought when XCIT was 90

because it surrounds itself around the earnings announcement.

BUT AGAIN, IT COULD BE JUST A RUMOR FOR ALL I KNOW

And again, each company is different...but they dont seem to be trading that way yet....
