Bill your doing fine...
you are calling it right, I agree with you posts. Think what you will, but on April 30, its put up or shut up time... I understand you've taken a $12k beating, and if you are proven right, or if WOTD backs out of this deal and they dump their "possible" Reg S holdings on the market, we havent even seen being in the tank, yet. Those 20 to 40 million shares hit the open market, @ .01 we are toast... and we can buy CVIA and float for less than $100k, if it goes into the .000X range.

This is one of the factors that made me back off and watch to see whats next.

This is about the highest of stakes you will ever encounter, and its winner take all. Theres not much in between, any longer.

Bill - "I" walked into the deal as high risk speculation. Knew it was a shell. As mentioned - the thread do not expected a 300:1 deal. That is what pissed me off. Yuppers - I also contacted the SEC and needed their guidance.. You wrote, IMHO - you are no longer stockholder of CVIA - well, shipmate, life is too short for negative perceptual feelings - why, because it is bad for the soul; If you are no longer a trader of cvia, ante up or shut-up, and move on; and, please do not waste my (our) positive synergy channeling of approaches to the issues with your empathy and sadness for trading in pennies. Sincerely wishing you a good life:)
