Roger- I have maintained about a 2 to 1 long to short ratio the past couple of months because I feel the bull still has a ways to run. I don't have the stomach to trade much on the long side, but have seen every issue I've bought and sold appreciate afterwards. As I've said before, its ultimately a supply and demand market. As long as people continue to pour money into funds in the U.S., the market has nowhere to go but up. This is exacerbated by foreign investors taking advantage both of U.S. returns and the strong dollar. It will take either higher interest rates, a domestic or international crisis, or recession to turn the market around. With the increased liquidity of fund investments, I predict that when the correction finally occurs, it will be long, cyclical and significant. That said, still short ZITL, ITWO, AOL and hold October AMZN puts.

Best Wishes,

Timoteo

<<Almost all crashes are preceded by rising interest rates and that
has not happened yet.>>

You should have stated all "market" crashes ...
But individual sectors can crash any time, and the internet
dudes will come very soon ...
