On the subject of June 30 warrant conversions.

From edgar-online.com , the S-1/A dated 1/27/98: There are 1,635.6k warrants that will either be FNet shares if the IPO goes through June 30, 1998 or FTEL shares if it doesn't. [To see this for yourself, use the 'find' command for JNC. I've added all the (3) shares and one half of all the (2) shares in the entire first column. See notes for explanation.]

The question has been placed: Do you want to own more FNet with your FTEL or not? It's a fail safe. If the IPO goes through we own a huge amount of FNet through FTEL (~65%, I think) and if it doesn't, we own even more (all except the private placements, I believe).
