It is not an issue of can/cannot; rather, it's matter of will/will not.

I allow myself limited time on SI these days; thus I have my own priorities. Answers to the questions you raised have been offered numerous times before, and all you need to do is to read them--the latest and one of the best was the one by Shibumi.
