Clark, I do not own any CRUS but watch it since it seems to have formed a nice long base at 10. Your comments on greenmail are not off base. One example was when GM paid off Ross Perot after they had acquired EDS back in the mid 80's. Perot would do things unheard of at GM; like show up at manufacturing plants unannounced where he'd see the "real" conditions. He was one to speak his mind and in the end GM felt it better to just pay him to "go away". CRUS sounds a little different in that apparently Teo has yet to make much "noise" about things. But if he's down 50% on his investment I'd expect him to do something rather than just watch passively.
