Maybe you guys are right, but this story has more twists and turns yet to show judging from recent history. I hope this is the end of this business, but I doubt it.

Luis, I don't think I said the "new director" were HealthMed people. I wondered if they were conned (like Katz claims he was). I also wondered if they/former CEO would withdraw without comment (because of the implied relationship with HealthMed).

Henry, if what Katz says doesn't have the ring of truth, then does what HealthMed says true? What is the truth here? Nothing is certain. Katz says he is warning investors about HealthMed. Does he have good intentions?, or is this what you say it is. Will Katz still say he has nothing to do with the MBI moves concerning lidakol?
What is the Lidak board explanation?

Tip of the iceberg I'll bet. But I'll defer to yours and moosehead's opinion for now. Of course, this is bound to attract the SEC, and maybe that's what it will take to get to the bottom of this. I hope not, but I do not see this ending very soon.
