RNTK,, Tx deal if it happens,, will be a big winner..
Here are reasons,, for my angst..therefor I will not hold as many shares as I had at this no where price point..
1) We were always led to believe that TX had an exclusive,, nego priority with RNTK,, found out at the meeting with Mark ,, that the exclusive .. clause was removed.. and if that is the case ,, the gag order whould also have been lifted,, yet ,, they will not disclose ,, how it is progressing,, which they could do so as a forward looking statement making company...
2) The continued,, secrecy as to who they are talking to ,, i.e ,,I was told it was 3 ,, then to some it was 8,, it's time RNTK to tell us who it is that they are meeting with ,, Conoco was allured to us by a reporter and Mark emphasised that very connection,, yet,, I have an EM from Conoco ,saying that no such dialogue is taking place...
3)If Iron is so great,, not being an expert,, we would have seen some sort of memorandum ,, somewhere,, with TX,,, by now with all our resources out there..
4)I am giving all the benefit of doubt to RNTK as we speak ,, but like I said,, there was no reason for us to trade at 2 1/2 or at 3 5/8,, until some of these indications ae made..
5)I also saw something that troubled me very much ,, which I can not elaborate here,, since ,,it is my own private gut instictive feeling..
4)Yes at 1 1/4 I would be a buyer,, and will scream buy buy,, indeed,, remember I had RNTK at 1/8 from May of 97..
5)I saw 2 coming and I called it,,, as we broke DMA.. from sheer technical point of view..

Good luck,, I have spoken with the management,, and I do not see this stock as a kosher stock to invest in ... go and buy and buy I certainly will not,, this is with all sincere objectivity...
Lastly ,, look back ,, at SA record,,and see how many winners we have had...We will have many more,,
Klaw will no longer send out EM to SA members.. I wish him good fortune..
This coming Wednesday,,SA will go to entirely web and web eminated instant EMs..
I am not here for a popularity contest,,nor am I here to ,endorse those few who have a conflict of interest..
If I screw up ,,I will be the first to admit it.. rather than lying ,,just to protect my own pocket..
Having said that,, we will let the future record speak for it self,, as many of us are up 100 to 1000 % so far this year... as those who are vocal ,, here at the cafe ,, are not the silent majority of SA members..
Surely you have seen the volume ,, when SA makes a buy...
Having said that ,, look for my buy on Monday which I will post on the web and on SI.. with out an EM ..as usual,, 10 AM..
If you are fast,,, play ,,if not paper trade until you learn the day trading...
