Perhaps where Dwight lives you can fire homosexuals because their off-the-job behavior disgusts you, but I don't think so. I think generally it is legal in some states to discriminate against homosexuals when you are hiring, but firing someone for something non-job related seems even more unfair, doesn't it? In San Francisco the Mayor officiates at homosexual unity ceremonies every year, and we have a law that partners of homosexuals are entitled to health benefits, just like wives or children would be. So I am not really operating in ordinary reality.
