FAMH-ATXI merger.

Here is another scenerio, when the merger is complete.
Say 20 million shares of the new company (FATRIX) will
be issued. Those shares will be exchanged at a ratio
determined at the completion time. For example, the
1.5 million ATXI shares might get 1 million shares of
FATRIX and the 47 million shares of FAMH exchanged for
19 million of FATRIX. The new FATRIX shares would have
a value of about $5 per share.
