I guess we will agree to disagree on FAMH...I don't have a problem
with that.

The only thing that bothers me a bit David is your comment of how it "always smelled of rotten sewage". Please remember that some people have lots of money tied up in this stock and FAMH is NOW really solid. I would like to see all of us be REAL careful about BADMOUTHING other people's stocks. Why even do it? You would be unhappy if I called RENT a "loser" because it has dropped 20-25% from where you recommended it a couple weeks ago.

You would feel obligated to defend RENT, I'm sure.

So, here's the NEW story of FAMH: Lots of progress lately.
Lots of the promises that seemed like they might not happen, have indeed happened. Ira Monas made them happen. I, MR. SKEPTICAL, am now a believer and admirer.

* NASDAQ listing really is coming true.....will be merging into ATXI, a NASDAQ stock. (NEWS OUT)

* Myriad deal closed which brings FAMH up to ten times the size almost overnight. Ira brilliantly negotiated an incredible deal with the IRS to pick up tax troubled Myriad on the cheap (NEWS OUT)

* All Staffing Centers and their Payroll financing offices are real and operating profitably (and we will know this when the NASDAQ listing is complete)

* The Morton Downey Jr, talk show is real and will be bringing in lots of advertising revenue to the company (Mr. Downey, not necessarily one of my favorite people) will likely be on the next conference call. Hey, bottom line, if this makes the company more profitable, so be it.

I could go on, but if you would have listened to the last couple of conference calls, you would have heard froma variety of people, from a very impressive lawyer/negotiator involved in the acquisition to Ira himself and got a sense for how capable and intelligent this man is and his people are.

I respect you David very much, but please the word "Garbage" just doesn't fit anymore. I would have said this in private, but that would be hypocritical since you chose a public forum.

PS- I do like RENT....looks like a good time to buy more. Just watch FAMH in 1998 and see what I think you and TMEX have missed.

Dave

FAMH holders will need good luck indeed with their management. I urge interested buyers to give Ira a call and speak with him personally as I did.
