I will give a more conservative date also hows 9/21/98 sound. I would not mind waiting because that would mean we would be in a traders market for the entire 5 months as the DOW should go sideways if it does not go up rapidly. Disclaimer: I am BIG BULL. Market predictions are not something I do often. I really don't follow the market indicators that much. Just to get a general feel which is better done by looking at many stocks each week and seeing where the small caps are going which is what I mainly trade.
