g'day, Crossy, Dave - Crossy, hope Summer will be here and there soon <g>. I ve always enjoyed sidewalk cafes myself, with the sun and all <g>

I am at work right now - 6 more wks to a major project cutover - so I will just combine the emails and thread exchange here.

Private cos [PCs] are tough, especially if there is an elaborate network of cos under an umbella, like the Thermo* [they are mostly public though.] Since the PCs do not require to file with SEC, my guess is state registrations [don't know much about it.] But then, some with publicly traded, we can still have CUC situations <VBG>

I was looking at RCOM. Here is my reservation. RTMR has 37% stake of RCOM [SC13] I went to look at RTMR. At 1st, my bad habit of bottomfishing got me excited. Then, I read its 10K and saw that "Benton" situation. Not sure how to make of it. Anyway, my conclusion is that RCOM's fortune may be tied to RTMR.

Here are some of the ones for you, Dave and others to look at. I ve not taken any position in them as I ve just discovered them and I don't think they are ready to boggie yet: WTT [AFC affected wireless] AKSEF [Zeev's special petro] BTGC and APOS [both biotech.]
