To 246810, It isnt just the reverse split that has everyone angry, it's the fact that the float is NOT going to be reduced equally to the reduction in common shares, to put it in simple terms, we get 100 shares for every 30,000!!!! Yet the float is only going to be reduced by 1/3. Since I am a novice to say the least, when I try to put that into dollars, I find it amazing that it can even be legal, let alone being totally un-ethical. I only hope, that by Monday, Jack and WOTD realize from our anger, this stock is going to tank so fast, that they'll all be watching the chart with their jaws wide open. And you know, if that happens and the whole plan goes down the tubes, and we lose money, it may be a blessing in disguise, as CVIA/WOTD will be a refrence to a lot of other BB stocks in "What not to do". and it may protect some of our other investments down the road. HI 246810 - I think there may be some slight misunderstandings possible here: MM's shorting and people here being short are 2 different things. Your explanation of MM short is OK - Some people here use the wording shorting for not expecting being long in the stock. People are much to concerned about MM shorting stocks - IMO MM's are pretty busy at all taking care of trading and thereby earning their bit between bid and ask. IMO MM shorting mainly happens when trading are hot and they by mistake sells shrs that are no more in inventory. You wrote: does not change EPS just earnings I think you meant the opposite ;-) A reverse split does not change the earnings just the EPS. Kr Jens
