with the warrants now trading at a premium to the stock, it would appear the stock would be the better value.

- Actually, I was going over my analysis, and

- At these prices - 7 3/8 -vs- 2;.

- Buy the warrants.

- The list is endless, but take a look at SRGE & SRGEW. Prices are like $2.25 for the common and $1.05 for the warrants.

- Look at Nam Tai - NTAIF & NTAWF - like $16 & $3; yet the strik price is $23.50.

- My point: The downside on the warrants; even if the common went to $2.50 is only like $1 or so. A

- And if the common goes to $80; the warrants go to $73.75.

- Either way, the stock is going up. It's safer. But I like the leverage of the warrants.
