Tom, I agree margins are higher developing the games yourself but so are the risks that the game will fail and you'll eat all the development costs. Hot programmers are hard to keep especially in a large corporate environment. The news sounded like they were being innovative in working with their people to keep them on board. I got worried when I saw you're first post and the headline. After reading the story it sounds like a positive action by ATVI (if true!). Joe C.
