mike i got my amount of shares outstanding from the VSE home page the amount on the pyng home page has been the same for 2 years that i know maybe they gave shares to people that work there i dont know but ww will l find out somebody knows. im on my way to palm springs till wed nesday i hope when i get back there is good news and the stock price is up.

I would go with the other but the difference
is minimal.
If it were 10 mil i would be concerned.
