Tech Electro, symbol TELE has just announced their intention to raise $20 million via IPO of a company they just paid $1 million for! That will add $2 to $4 dollars per share to their books in cash, (depending on how you calculate the shares.) There are 4 million shares outstanding and 900,000 in the float; but warrants and stock options raise the outstanding shares for EPS calculations to 9 million.
