I think the jury is out on how quickly Titan can ramp up production. Their production targets are fairly aggressive. The production floor of their plant is designed so that one person assembles a bike. I think they now have 42 work stations although they are not all in use. By comparison, another motorcycle company in Calif that builds more bikes (albeit lower priced) uses an assembly line approach. It appears to me that the Calif operation has much higher production of bikes per employee than Titan. It would also seem that Titan needs more experienced people to build their bikes given the one person - one bike model they use.
Also I believe that Titan is planning a line of after market parts. There is alot of competition in this area and it will be interesting how they do.
