Above link will show you what I call "The creation of a wolf pack". I understand that by now I'm beginning to annoy you but bear with me for a moment.
Counting the paper and assuming that some investors know more than the general investment public, by which you imply that there could be some sort of leak. Evaluating the company in the most disturbing distorted way leads me to believe that you comprehend that, simply speaking, your hero made you "Lick" the wrong stock. What I see in you can be compared to a little boy crying out for help. Calling a good solid company a hype and promotion is pretty normal for a Vancouver investment scene. Don't forget that despite the listing there are many good solid companies with very good fundamentals that started on VSE and moved on to other exchanges and prospered in the most wonderful way. In regards to GPW, no matter what you or I say, with the strong management team that this company has and above all the expertise that they possess, they will become even more successful and what we are seeing now is just the beginning. I would strongly encourage you to give them a call or visit them at their office. Don't take it from me, do what every prudent investor would do, short or long, investigate don't hesitate. Despite the popular belief short sellers are not as bad as they seem. After all they do create more liquidity etc. What I do not approve of is the dirty tactics of spreading misinformation when the price of the stock goes the wrong way, which is up.
Short sellers did have a field day from July to February after which GPW attracted a new breed of investors that are not interested in a quick flip but more so in seeing the company grow and provide them with a superior equity appreciation. In plain language you have missed the chance of making some profit on the down slide.
Right now the only way is up. I hate to say it but you guys are Johnnys come lately. Sorry 'bout that.

Operative word, "seems"......I just do a greater amount of due diligence than some investors.

I clearly remember asking a number of questions at the AGM in Feb. The legal counsel did not want the President to answer a certain question, thus it lead to my 'contemplating the possibilities'. Turns out some of those things are just logical progression, not pre-known facts. That's common in this industry. A guy can make investment decisions based on logical conclusion, can't he? Those who bought TD Bank or CIBC day before the announced deal, bought on rumor. Or those who bought Telus or AT&T based on probability of merger. Either example, goes to show...not all are right.

cheers.
