They needed to go to court because the MEM had resolutions, which are not titular, to allow CVG to mine there. They had given the gold rights and copper rights to CVG. CVG lacks title. KRY has title. So the court decision we have been waiting for for one year is to nullify the CVG rights to these metals on LC 4 and 6 as published by the MEM.

Dome knows pertty well what the decision will be as the motions to have these motions of KRY's suppressed have been dealt with by the courts and some feedback would be inevitable. This does not mean that would tell the truth about the weakness in their case.

The motions before the admittance court to have the 11 motions of KRY's suppressed ont he basis of the non-ownership of the claims due to the invalidity of the Lemon-Torres-Mael transfer was disallowed at that stage. It is a matter of contention whether it has already been dealt with.

We shall see.
