OFF TOPIC:
Does anyone know if under Canadian law there is a theory which would allow the Company to recover against an individual who spreads obvious lies and half truths in order to damage the Company? I've successfully prosecuted a few of these in the US. Is it possible in Canada? Any Canadian Lawyers out there? JLA

To all: It is obvious this thread is intolerant of any opposing
opinion so I will stop posting here. It probably reflects on the
shaky status of this stock to see the despicable private messages I am
receiving.

So much for free speech in America.

Tim,

you state It is very easy to hire consultants and given them instructions on what to do and then claim chain of custody. No legitimate chain of custody has been verified with any documents.

nonsense

chain of custody has be clearly verified by Behre-Dolbear, Ledoux, Rocky Mountain and CMRI. This has been discussed on this thread numerous times. Your raising of this bogus documentation issue clearly identifies you as one more of the fake identities of HungryLion/Dick Hoaxland et al. 8 days and counting till your back on Yahoo, an appropriately named site for you.
