sorry if I did make myself clear. What I meant to say about btb is purely a mathematical calculation. BTB is a three months average. While the "book" number declines, the btb number keeps going down only if the "bill" number remains high.

If book is low today, bill will be lower proportionally a few months from now. Then if bookings just maintain a reasonable pace, the btb number will be back up to above 1 again. If there is any type of recovery, it may even make the btb number appears unreasonably high.

The semi-eq sector is about as cyclical as they come. PEG may be more appropriate a tool for a pure growth stock vs a cyclical.

Just my 2 cents.
