ATTENTION DAVE! ATTENTION DAVE! I had an idea. Work with me on this for a sec. Your "assistant" appears to be headed for the door, right? OK, here's the thing. He was feisty and belligerent, yet ignorant of both the securities industry and Internet protocol. What you need is somebody that is feisty and belligerent, has a good working knowledge of the securities industry and can navigate and interact successfully on the web. Put 'em together and whaddaya got? Right! THE MIGHTY CHICKEN! It's the right thing to do. I'd say an offer of 20 grand up front and 10% of the action with a contingency for warrants would get his attention. Sound good? I knew it would. Ciao, pete
