Charles, life is short, you've got to lose some of those negative vibes. Why do you keep insisting FNet may see a 50% drop after IPO when a 50% increase is much, much more likely? Here is a great site to study the 1998 to date (or earlier) IPOs and their performance at IPO: ipocentral.com As for impact to FTEL price, the only thing I guarantee is that after the IPO it will be a heck of a lot higher than it is now. Cash in those 6% CDs and load up before its too late. Bruce
