Kurt, I am not sure is positive or negative that short interest increased steady. If you look at Edgard you will find that it is about number of shares owned by parties including Oxford and other medical owners who were part of different aquisitions. It is good possibility that they hedge by shorting and when shares become nonrestricted they deliver to cover short. So from positive market already absorbed this restricted shares and it may not be a factor. But if it is just plain shorts and they are following the momentum and keep shorting , sooner or later they will have to cover which is positive for longs. Good trading Peter I

Kurt, The stock sure does have a big question mark hanging over it. I sold 1/2 of my FPAM shares to reduce risk in light of these shorts and will hold the rest long-term in my IRA and see what happens.... May 15th shold be interesting and may be a day when shorts start tocover in significant quantities no matter what the news is...

Sincerely,

Doug F.
