To all:

Hi Im new to SI, and it is solely due to the people on the FAMH thread, that I will get my lifetime membership. This is a great thread, and thank-you for all the DD that's been posted here.

Not much I can add, as it's pretty well been covered, except for the fact that I am President & CEO of my own Privately held company, I wouldn't be surprised to see Ira on one of those info-mercials 10 years from now on "How to succeed in going from BB to NASDAQ" One of the most important questions fund managers ask, prior to investing in a company is "How strong is management" From the recent developments, I think that question has been answered. I just want to add, that as a CEO, I am impressed at the speed in which these developments have moved forward, and the fact that at this point, shareholder value seems to be Paramount.

Thank you all again, and my humble contribution at this point is, On Monday morning the MM's are going to have a field day with any market orders put in! So for those of you wanting to get in, I can only say, that I would put in a stair step series of limit orders.

Good luck, and thank you all.

PZ

BCfan,

It was indeed a very astute move. As most of our veteran FAMH'ers
know I have been openly critical of Firamada all week for what I
believed are bad PR. Well I sent IRA a note yesterday (for what it's
worth), congratulating him on the success of Myriad and the great
job he is doing. I will still be on guard for things I don't like,
but this round goes to IRA for a terrific piece of strategy.

Kevin - eating humble pie with a side order of crow.

I thought that it was a great move (although I dont think calculated to get hotlinks going on Yahoo--but could be wrong) to include the other temp companies included in the press release. Overall, that was an incredibly well written press release too. The conference calls have improved 150% as well. So as you see, Ira is learning how to be stock & PR savvy. He is already business savvy. We are seeing improvement, not staying stagnant. That is very very good.

Re: Collin's comments on stock exchanges, and reverse ratios and this and that. We DON'T Know. Thats why the big boys are getting paid the big bucks. Thats why it takes TIME and PATIENCE-- not "why the hell isnt ATXI done yet..moan moan moan."

P.S. I listened to the CC yesterday and he made some important comments about the financials. About why he doesnt want to even release them, and I think more and more Buckeye is right. You wont see them until post merger. Last, 90 days from end of last Q (March 31, 1998) is June 30, 1998. So for all those who desperately need financials to invest in this company, you only have 2.5 more months to wait. Don't know if your going to be able to buy it at .62 at that point but... hey to each their own.

**** We have a lot of relatives and if you have time, you can find out all about us. But
we want to tell you about one in particular. Our little cousin... his name is Firamada Inc
(friends and enemies call him FAMH). Incidentally, he is having an identity crisis right
now, so he may soon be called Atrix International (ATXI!!).

He has been the quiet one in the FAMHily for all these years. Well we thought he was
quiet and reflective, then suddenly one day in the past year he just broke loose like a
banshee. You never know with those teenagers!! His hair got all long and wild..and
those tattoos.. heaven forbid. And that music? I mean who is this Pumpkin Smashers he
listens too? Well I don't know, but he is brash and steps on toes but I tell you, the little
guy has grown really quick really fast. He is the type of guy you want on YOUR side..

I remember back in the day, he would stutter a lot and you couldn't make out what he
was trying to say most of the time. He still occasionally stammers but he is becoming
more eloquent by the month.

And I tell you..you turn your back on these kids and then look back and they just have
grown so much!! I mean I remember lil FAMMIE when he was just a squirt. Look at
him now. He is strong, has broad shoulders, inventive mind...quite a catch. And he is still
young and GROWING--thats the irony. He is sometimes a procrastinator! But you
know teenagers! He tells us its not his fault though; that he has to rely on others and that
is the reason for his delays. We havent all believed him in the past, but now it looks like
the truth. The important thing is he is true to his word, and does get the job done.

He will have growing pains as we all did; and yes he still has those teenage blemishes...
but as he approaches his twenties he is really impressing us. You should see the smile on
the faces of Grandpa Manpower and Grandma Kelly.

Well we just wanted to share a little about our FAMHily so I hope your inclined to give
him a chance. There is a very very good chance he will be moving into our
neighborhood soon and will be finally noticed for the person he really is. And if that
happens.. well he will have yet another kind of growth spurt...UPWARD.

Just look at him compared to us; and see where he stands now, and where he should
stand in the near future.

As they say:
Got FAMH?

;)

Do you realize how rich Adam Arif is going to be? He has what? 18M shares? or was it 28M shares? Just imagine the stock value in 1 year.. times all those shares.

Holy smoke.
