Ragnbull,

Maybe Bearons will have a temporarily effect on the price, but I am not so sure.
First, this is not the first time that Bearons have stated negative comments on internet stocks. Actually I found that at least in 7 issues since late last year (a lot!) that our dear Bearons poured clear short recommendation on AMZN, and no less than 3 times on YHOO!, well you know the rest of the story. It seems that internet issues are basically immune from any negative comments. In most cases, they go sharply higher the following week after Bearons complained about the insanity of people buying into these issues.
Second, It's becoming clear that Bearons has lost most of its magical effect on the share prices of most of the issues they recommend. Actually, in most cases, after the runup in share price on Monday morning (between 9:30 and 10am) after a Bearons positive comment, you can go directly short the issue because in most cases, the share price will drop down to its original level on Tuesday or Wednesday.

good luck,
larry!
