Bureaucracies are headless horsemen, and between the SEC and DHEC, we've been trampled. I can only think that BC has done a terrific job at keeping this company alive. If we get a contract with MANOVA, and there is enough cash in the bank, I'd favor moving to the friendly confines of Texas, and someday suing the DHEC for every penny they've got.

One caveat................
The term, "future" was used in reference to the press release. That indicates it will take place sometime (anytime) after (maybe, way after) the 16th of April, 1998, when the mail was sent.
