Paul, just to defend my fellow CPA's, the reason most of take a lot of time to evaluate and review situations is the fact that we are held to very high professional standards, and the liability involved with even a minor mistake could be great. Most CPA's I have been involved with are very aware of their client's business needs, and do try to meet client timeframes. However, most CPA's have numerous clients and most clients feel they are the most important client, which is understandable. LFISKY

PZ, It is quite obvious from your post that you know EXACTLY what is possibly going on at this time behind the scenes. I like to understand things in a down to earth thought process, and this makes loads of sense. Thanks for the post, and please keep them coming. We all come from different walks of life, and give different viewpoints on the stock matter at hand. It is a great pool of thought. Smile Redhead
