Hi, thanks for the response... most helpful.. I'm now updating my DD on possibly going long tomorrow. I've read your recent posts and am convinced that you're a person of great wisdom and experience. There are two more questions nagging me...

1. If there is a favourable decision, what are the odds of further political maneuverings by MEM (given the frequent uncertainty of rules of laws in an emerging country) to cause further delays?

2. Some analysts have aired the opinion that even if KRY were to win the legal battle, based on the total amount of recoverable gold (14 mill ozs), gold price itself ($300), and the potential stock dilution from getting sufficient capital needed to produce the gold, the stock price is fully valued at $6.50. How do you see this?

thanks in advance,
d

I'm in at $6.05...

>>Dome knows pertty well what the decision will be as the motions to have these motions of KRY's suppressed have been dealt with by the courts and some feedback would be inevitable. This does not mean that would tell the truth about the weakness in their case.

The motions before the admittance court to have the 11 motions of KRY's suppressed ont he basis of the non-ownership of the claims due to the invalidity of the Lemon-Torres-Mael transfer was disallowed at that stage. It is a matter of contention whether it has already been dealt with. We shall see.<<

I'm a bit unclear here...

1. Besides KRY's motions to overturn MEM's resolutions (which is the decision we're waiting for now), is there another decision on Dome's motions to suppress KRY's motions that we are also waiting for? That is, there are 2 decisions now pending?

2. Half the stories refer to "KRY appealing a decision the court had previously awarded the properties to Dome"... is this yet another decision now pending?
