PP--NO. The 4:1 is not set in stone. Listen to the CC. We will have some sort of reverse merger.. it wont be 1:1 in my opinion. The "value" of the NASDAQ listing DOES warrant something even if ATXI is trading for .10. ATXI also has assets which IMO will be sold off.. Ira says $4M worth of assets.. I dont know how much and Little Engine disputes $4M, but I think Ira and his pals are doing DD on the company and will know the books very well by the end of this week so that is also worth something. People--listen to the CC ...many of the questions asked here have been answered. Mark
