Jens,

1. what would be needed to get there without ATXI ?

Most importantly, staying over $4 or $5 for 30 days (based on which exchange Ira wants to get to.

I ask this question based on Ira's outburst when someone called him Friday - (have not found the post - but from memory) He said: Forget about ATXI - look at the news !!.

That was misrepresnted by Jonathan Lebed. First he said "Ira said forget about ATXI". Later in the day he came back and said he mispoke, Ira said forget about ATXI when we have our own press release. The "forget about ATXI" was in reference to them posting a PRESS RELEASE that said they are able to stay on NASDAQ without Firamada.

That is the damn problem with these message boards. When I first read Lebed's post I was like "why would Ira say forget ATXI?" People post things out of context and it creates a lot of confusion.

"What do you mean saying: there is so much invested in ATXI at this point "

I mean 4 months of behind the door dealings; I mean 5% stake in the company; I mean negotiations with some of the big shareholders of ATXI to get a "controlling interest" (dont think Ira can't get 12 of the 13 seats on the board without already having all these shares on his side); I mean working with Wescott; I mean a lot of things we dont know about and to be blunt wont ever know about that have gone on for the past 4 months in FAMH's evaluation of ATXI.
