Lisa,
You caught me!!!
FWIW I just peeked at Hitt's page at astoecon.

Free Comments for the week of April 19th.

If we are going to see a climax that could top off the bull run from 1994 this is the week to see it. I
like late in the day on 4/22 as the best time to see a move up to targets on the S&P to 1147 and
Dow to above 9300. New highs BEYOND this coming week make a meaningful correction
unlikely until late June or July.

Bill and I have been discussing this scenario..so that's why I said MIGHT and at best just for a little pullback.
Don't know anything about the upgrade...I use netscape 3.0...My hard drive is pretty full right now,so no upgrades for me.Mine works fine.
Regards,
Barbara

Lisa, go to Help at top of page, select About Communicator and it will load a page that shows the version and copyrighted contributors. I'm using the beta version.. haven't had any crashes and I run multiple sessions.. so that's good. Otherwise I think I detect subtle subliminal messages being flashed the suggest Bil Gaites is an alien.. which would surprize me though I thought Netscape could do better. But of course that's my version, I understand each downloaded program is slightly different and conforms just shy of tolerance after five days.

Jim

--- Off Topic --- To all computer gurus.

I've been looking into some backup protection, and have been thinking about buying an Iomega Ditto tape drive. There was an article last week in Businessweek, however, that mentioned connected.com

They apparently do online, encrypted backups over the net, and will provide you with a CD Rom of all your data within 24 hours in the event of a crash. Cost is $19.95/month, and their software will dial in automatically. All you need to do is set it up and keep the computer running at the appointed hour.

Anyone here use connected.com? If so, what do you think?
