Eric I am surprised at your valuation measures, giving $50USD for 100% of probable. I am assuming 21mm oz in total as follows: I use 100% credit for 12mm oz proven, 50% credit for 4.8mm probable and 20% credit for 3.2mm resource. I am also not assuming that KRY will wind up with 100% of the deposit, IF they win in court. I use 70% as a conservative measure. This would give KRY 10.5mm oz of gold plus I assume copper a .775mm oz gold equivalent. Adding .300mm oz at Albino , my own valuation adds us to roughly $17.50CDN with 40mm shs fully diluted. Granted there is exploration potential, but it is difficult at this time to guess how financing will be done. This is why I prefer in-the-ground valuation rather than cash flow valuation AT THIS TIME. After the annual report is issued it may be easier to assess what financing has taken place in the last months.

In any case our valuations appear close!
